I do not know much about this bicycle, that was built around 1890 (the one-year rage of the semi-diamond frames!) by the Surrey Machinists' Company.

They were known for their quality and this relatively simple bicycle must have been one of their basic models.

This model was of course intensely restored, painted in a fantasy colour and some replica parts were added, like the saddle and the grips. Nevertheless it shows a quite rare model that has been made one or two years by a lot of manufacturers. Look for instance at the Seidel & Naumann
